What do we do? When you or someone you love is diagnosed with cancer, it can be the beginning of a storm of changing emotions and practical needs. Macmillan Cancer Relief can help to calm that turmoil through a whole range of specialist support. In South and West Wales, our target is £800,000 over the next three years, to fund 6 new Cancer Specialists to help local families living with Cancer. In the Cardiff area we are hoping to raise over £400,000 to fund an Information Radiographer and a Lymphoedema Clinical Nurse Specialist to be based at Velindre Hospital, the refurbishment of the chemotherapy unit at Llandough Hospital and in South East Wales a Cancer Network nurse advisor.

How can I help? If you have been touched by cancer – personally, or through family, friends or work – you may have found yourself thinking, ‘I wish I could do something to help’. Well, now you can!
